These draft terms describe the expected rules for using BackIssue. Final terms will identify the legal operator and become effective before public release.

Using BackIssue

You may use BackIssue to organize collectibles you own, want, have sold, or otherwise track. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining control of your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of collection information and photographs you upload. You grant BackIssue the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use automated systems in a way that harms the service.

Estimates and assistance

Any pricing, valuation, identification, comparison, or condition information is informational only. It is not a professional appraisal, guarantee of authenticity, or promise of a sale price.

Subscriptions and credits

If paid plans or credits launch, prices, included benefits, renewal terms, expiration rules, and refund handling will be shown before purchase. Google Play Billing will govern eligible Android purchases.

Availability

Features may change as the service develops. Planned features are not guaranteed until released.

Ending your account

You may stop using BackIssue at any time and request account deletion from the app or through the Delete Account page.
